  • Virginia - Director

    Virginia is a neurological physiotherapist who believes that everyone has the potential to make meaningful improvements in how they move and live day-to-day. With a kind, encouraging approach, Virginia is dedicated to supporting each person’s unique journey toward greater independence and confidence in their movement.

    She has over 20 years’ experience in neurological rehabilitation working for major health services in Melbourne, Sydney and London, in hospital and community settings. Virginia has a special interest in stroke rehabilitation which led her to complete a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Rehabilitation and further enhanced her expertise in this area. She is committed to delivering goal-oriented, individualised therapy supported by relevant research.

    More recently, Virginia has developed an interest in how technology can enhance healthcare and is currently completing a Master of Digital Health at La Trobe University.

    Outside of work Virginia enjoys training for her next run, drinking coffee and spending time with her family.

  • Ben - Director

    Ben is a skilled musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over 20 years’ experience working across public and private settings, occupational injury management and health service improvement. He takes a patient-centred and holistic approach, seeing his role as providing the information, guidance and encouragement necessary to empower clients to achieve their goals.

    Ben has extensive experience coordinating rehabilitation as part of a broader multidisciplinary team for clients with complex medical and mental health conditions. He also has a special interest in dementia and assisting clients and their care partners to manage the associated physical challenges that can arise.

    In addition to his physiotherapy qualification, Ben holds a Master of Public Health and is currently undertaking graduate study in data science. He participates in regular ongoing professional development and is a firm believer that remaining curious is the key to continuously improving as a clinician.

    In his spare time, Ben can usually be found outdoors in the garden, hiking, trail running or planning the next overseas trip. He also volunteers with Bush Search and Rescue Victoria.
